DescriptionThe Global Publishing Operations group is a division of Fidelity Asset Management Marketing. Investment Production is a team within this group which supports the analytical and consultative work of the Investment Capabilities and Institutional Portfolio Management teams and is used in describing and developing Asset Management products, telling the Asset Management story, articulating investment philosophies and styles of fund managers, explaining performance attribution and performing research and analyses at the macro, sector and fund levels.
Assist the Investment Production Team with updating standard performance and characteristics slides during vacation or other limited capacity periods
Assist with the validating of data from the existing Fund Insite performance system which will be retired in 12/2014 vs. the new Perform system
Assist with creating new fund groups and report templates in the new Perform system to help streamline deck updates or other repeatable performance requests
Assist in the evaluation of the Morningstar presentation studio module in order to streamline graph and chart building for ad hoc requests
Education and Experience
Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Strong technical aptitude for learning new systems
Finance or Business Major
Skills and Knowledge
Strong verbal, analytical and written skills
Knowledge of excel macros to help streamline repeatable information requests
