Description
Work side by side with a franchise owner to learn first hand about owning and running a small business. The intern will assist with business operations while improving skills in leadership, marketing, customer services, and inventory.
Responsibilities
Carry out marketing efforts for the business, such as maintaining an updated web presence, writing press releases, creating marketing materials for distribution, etc.
Lead JumpBunch classes for various age groups
Properly instruct children in use of our approved sports curriculum
Maintain equipment and inventory
Arrive for classes on time and be prepared
Make sure to check all equipment in and out
Communicate with Owner/Director to receive feedback
*Work will be done at recreation centers, preschools, day cares, etc
Requirements
currently enrolled in a university degree program in sports and fitness management, early childhood education, or related sports and fitness program.
able to pass a state and federal background check per state child care guidelines
be able to work as a member of a team
be flexible and able to work the required amount of hours
be enthusiastic, pleasant, have an upbeat personality and enjoy working with children
be dependable, reliable and able to follow directions
