Established Law Firm in Baltimore City is looking to hire a LITIGATION LEGAL SECRETARY with at least three years of litigation experience. This is a full-time, direct hire position to support two very busy partners. Responsibilities will include maintaining legal documents and files, drafting routine correspondence, filing pleadings with courts (including federal courts), and e-filing. In addition, this role will involve making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills, excellent organizational skills, and will have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Time and Billing experience along with fast and accurate typing is also required.
