Job Duties Responsibilities Candidate must have completed at least one year of law school. Candidate will draft summary judgment motions on liability and threshold. Candidate must be able to write clearly and persuasively. Candidate may also perform paralegal duties including drafting pleadings, tracking discovery and responding to clients and claims. Familiarity with NY law a plus as is any experience. Writing sample required.
