Description
Description Welcome to the Law Offices of Elladene Lee Katz, a small, boutique practice, serving the Bay Area and Northern California for over 30 years. Defined by our integrity, justice and professionalism, our expertise and experience in all fields of the law allow us to best serve our clients and represent their interests to the fullest. We combine our vast experience in the public sector and private practice to provide only the best in legal representation. Our clients have brought their friends and family through our doors to help them through many different situations as our sterling reputation speaks for itself. At our law practice, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality legal representation. The majority of our cases involve breaches in employment law, as we navigate through the complex landscape of the corporate world for the benefit of our clients. Guiding them as they battle with major corporations, we work directly with the individual to ensure that his or her needs are best met. Our practice handles cases based on harassment, retaliation, and discrimination because of race, national origin, age, gender, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, religion, and mental and physical disability. We review offers of employment and accompanying agreements, wrongful discharge, failure to promote, constructive discharge, contracts and severance agreements. We also assist with professional license and liability, regarding the suspension and revocation of licenses for doctors, dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, real estate agents, teachers, LVNs and other professionals. In addition to our expertise in employment, the scope of our practice is expansive. We take on cases pertaining to family law, including divorce and custody issues; probate, wills and trusts; municipal law-zoning and planning commissions; and criminal offenses.Responsibilities
