MyRight's goal is to become the WebMD of legal advice. We will be the first legal website that engages users with simple questions, instead of heavy reading. Our evaluations will give results in a matter of clicks, not days. We plan on revolutionizing legal information in a way that has never been done before.
MyRight is a rapidly progressing legal start-up in need of bright, self-motivated individuals that seek real hands on experience. If you're interested in law and business, this is a perfect opportunity to learn about both.
Responsibilities
*Researching statues and case law
*Interviewing practicing attorneys
*Writing memoranda
*Organizing focus groups
*Assisting marketing campaigns
Requirements
*Interested in going to law school
*Attention to detail
*Ability to work without supervision
*Self-motivated and organized
*Proficiency in Westlaw of LexisNexis is a plus, but not necessary
*Experience in reading case law is a plus, but not necessary
*Preferred GPA: 3.4 or higher
*At least 15 hours a week. We are flexible.
