Description
Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for, conformity with, or liability under licenses.Responsibilities
o Investigative/compliance experience which includes conducting fact finding, interpreting technical and professional records, and applying investigative principals and methodso Doing administrative research that includes compiling and evaluating facts to recommend director action; or deciding compliance or eligibility with program statutes, rules and policies and other state statutes, rules and regulations
Requirements
o A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administrationo Experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
