This position is responsible to provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients and to assist with the provision of basic nursing care needs.
This position requires two years of psychiatric patient care experience and two years of College education in the Behavioral Sciences or equivalent; and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Basic Life Support certification, Level C, or obtain certification within one month of employment is also required.
