DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervises, coordinates and reviews departmental operations and procedures. Develops various management reports for implementing revised management procedures and policies. Serves as the primary liaison to effectively manage financial policies, procedures and systems.
Coordinates and oversees program evaluations for See to Succeed project. Serves as the primary evaluator and coordinates for all program evaluations for vision projects. Conducts evaluations and trainings as scheduled using established standards, policies and procedures. Implements and supervises a system of evaluation services that adequately provides for professional development and support of practitioners. Observes, describes and offers feedback on process improvement and Quality Assurance. Assists the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to implement a system of individual staff, consumer, and organizational evaluations utilizing a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Provides and updates all outcomes data by collecting information on a monthly basis from program and by reporting this information during quality assurance and improvement meetings.
The position is physically comfortable, the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.
**Preference shall be given to eligible veteran applicants provided such persons possess the qualifications necessary for competent discharge of the duties involved in the position applied for, such persons are among the most qualified candidates for the position, and all other factors in accordance with Executive Order 1-6.
**Preference will be given to applicants with a Master's degree in Public Health five years of experience in a Public Health academic environment. Experience with Microsoft suites i.e. Excel, to extract data, create graphs, charts input formulas, as well link data in statistical reports.
