Social media marketing - Managing and growing the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant online properties.
Social media monitoring - Following online conversations about relevant issues and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Content creation - Working with our PR team writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
Customer relations - Helping our support team identify and handle customer issues. serving as point person for any questions our customers have about our products. Actively seeking out and engaging with customers posting about our products online. Working to turn satisfied customers into brand advocates.
Market Analysis - Using measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually finding ways to improve our results through testing and new initiatives.
Research - Conducting online and offline research to understand the conversation space around health information systems.
