A successful Ad Sales Marketing Coordinator will have the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university or two years related experience and/or training; and one plus years of experience
  • 1-2 years Advertising Sales Marketing or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Candidate should have strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills strongly suggested

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
  • Develop and create Ad Sales marketing materials (including presentations, 1-sheets and proposals) to support national Ad Sales team across 4 offices (NY, Chicago, Denver, LA)
  • Work in collaboration with Pricing & Inventory team to create high profile media packages
  • Define and deliver consistent Ad Sales brand messaging across website, media kit and external client communications
  • Position Advanced Media Sales for 3 key strategic priorities: Interactive TV, Set Top Box Data and Addressable Advertising
  • Work with press and PR team to deliver a consistent message
  • Coordinate event sponsorships
