Description
Kildare's Irish Pub focuses on great quality food & beverage in a relaxed Irish pub atmosphere. Kildare's is looking for outgoing, self motivated interns with positive & energetic attitudes. Interns must have a willingness to learn and desire to actively recruit new business. (full & part time positions available.)
Responsibilities
•Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, on line promotion, etc.
•Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
•In house & on location promotions
•Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
•Comply with corporate marketing program
•Provide support to social media efforts
•Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
•Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
•Ability to drive business and push sales
Requirements
Kildare's is looking for an undergraduate or graduate student in the Newark, DE area who is majoring in Management, Sales, Marketing, Advertising or any Business related major. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. Experience in Word and Excel is a bonus. Experience in the hospitality/ service industry will also be a consideration when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.
