Description
TIME Talent Agency is looking for a highly motivated candidate for our Internship Program. The right person must have a strong interest in Event Marketing, Fashion, Media, and Entertainment; plus a strong desire to learn the Model & Talent business.
This Internship requires working from the agency at least 3 days per week, with a flexible schedule including weekends when needed. During this program, candidate will develop skills in marketing, public relations and business administration.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...
• Assist with creating, managing and executing various Marketing Projects
• Handle social media accounts with 3 - 4 daily updates; managing agency brand
• Schedule photo shoots, meetings, open calls, and new talent interviews
• Assist with bookings, castings, workshops and public relations
• Create and post blogs, email marketing campaigns, and job notices
• May "possibly" work as a field manager by managing talent at certain events
• Represent agency throughout monthly model search events and networking functions
• Upload images and data on online model portfolios, social media sites, etc.
• Handle extensive research on events which include fundraisers, fashion and charity
• Assist with Admin duties which include answering calls, correspondence, scheduling,
and data entry
Requirements
Must have some experience in either marketing, sales or customer service. Intern will be dealing with clients and talent, therefore must be professional, outgoing, and pro-active. Bilingual is a plus.
Other Qualities:
Reliable, self-motivated, ability to take clear direction; Strong written and verbal skills; Internet savvy (Microsoft Office, Internet Research); Photoshop and graphic design a plus.
