Description
220 Communications is looking for a student with an interest in marketing and strategic communications both for causes and product promotions. In order for our resources to have as much impact as possible we are developing a proactive strategy for content outreach, and the social media strategist intern will work closely with the different heads of businesses utilizing content and outreach plans.
Based on performance, position could lead to permanent position with company!
Responsibilities
The position will support all 220 Communications divisions; publishing, music and marketing consulting. This includes but not limited to event marketing, social media and promotions efforts. This position will require 7-10 hours per week and can work remotely in one's availability. If located in Chicagoland area, will have the opportunity to gain first hand knowledge of integrated marketing through periodic 220 Communications events.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Self motivated
- Marketing/Media Background A Plus
- Some experience with social media preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn book , music, product marketing and social awareness.
- Willingness to research, coordinate and perform needed administrative duties.
