Pennyfeather New York is a Manhattan Real Estate & Lifestyle Concierge Firm that graciously connects our consumers with the apartment of their dreams all while keeping customer service as the number one factor. In addition to that, we also serve as a liaison between our consumers and Manhattan itself. For example if our clients needs us to assist them in getting seats for a New York Knicks game, we provide the best deal. If our client needs to get into one of Soho's exclusive art galleries, we provide them access. If our clients need us to gain them access to the meatpacking's newest hotel rooftop party, we are also the "Go To" team. We are the gateway to all that is Manhattan, from a luxury Doorman living space to Broadway Shows.Responsibilities
Responsibilities:-Basic Marketing Research
-Minimal Graphic Design Duties (Powerpoint Mostly)
-Content Research & Development For Website
-Assist On Business Affiliation Development
-Other Minimal Duties
Requirements
Requirements:-The Ability To Work Extremely Well Independently
-24/7 Access To A Computer or Laptop and Phone
-Must Have PDA Based phone (i.e. Blackberry, IPhone, Etc.)
-Exceptional Communication Skills, In Person, On Phone and In Writing
-Must Be Available 2-3 Days Out Of The Week
-Background Or Course Study In Marketing, Advertising, P.R. and/or Communications
-Prefer Challenges That Involve Communication, Are People-Oriented, Promote Networking and Socializing, and Include Roles That Call For Imagination
-Ability To Handle Delegated Tasks In Timely Fashion
-Proficient In Powerpoint, Word & Excel
-Proficient In Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Fluent In Spanish Is A Plus (But Not Necessary)
-College Student In Search Of Academic Internship
The applicant should also be motivated, conscientious, fun, outgoing, creative and interested in working in an independent environment. It is absolutely necessary for the applicant to be proficient in spoken and written English.
