Equipos is a rapidly growing leader in enterprise-scale financial software solutions. The company is headquartered in London with offices throughout the United Kingdom and in Boston, Massachusetts. We are currently expanding our North American marketing team and are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated student to fill an internship position for this spring and/or summer.
Responsibilities
• Assist Marketing Manager with event planning, communication & logistics
• Help with updating website content
• Manage social media posts with supervision
• Support Sales initiatives including collateral development, editing, printing & fulfillment
• Assist Marketing Manager with writing press releases & white papers
• Provide general office support and administration
• Additional responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
Successful candidates should have a genuine interest in marketing. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are more important than experience for this opportunity. Ideal candidates will be available 10-20 hours per week.
• 1-2 years relevant undergraduate coursework in marketing, public relations, communications, advertising and/or media services
• Prior internship experience in a business environment
• An interest in technology and/or financial services
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Detail-oriented
• Team player
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Training will be provided to educate you on the company, its products, competitors and industry
• References required
