Overview of Role:
As a member of the Marketing Strategy team, you will develop outreach strategies to engage residential customers with low income in our assistance programs - to drive energy and bill savings and increase their satisfaction. You will assist other Low Income Marketing Strategists in leveraging insights and best practices to develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment, reconcile feedback and provide ongoing support to teams executing plan deliverables, including tracking and analyzing results. You will also work closely within a matrix organization that includes Product Management, Customer Insights, Legal, Regulatory Relations, Corporate Affairs and Customer Contact Centers to implement best in-class marketing campaigns.
: Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic outreach plans, establish clear objectives and metrics, define targets, manage analytics and data deliverables, execute and track accordingly.
: Generate marketing briefs and provide guidance to the Marketing Communications team in the development and optimization of tactics, messaging and creative that support the strategic plan- ranging from advertising and direct-to-customer marketing pieces, to collateral and web updates; assist with execution as needed.
: Assist with project management, scheduling, delivery of ongoing and ad hoc reports and presentations as required by internal management and external regulators, marketing budgeting and forecasting
: Support special projects as assigned by management.
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
: 3 years of experience developing and delivering marketing plans and materials, defining strategic objectives, setting metrics and measuring performance
: Self-starter who can prioritize, structure and manage cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
: Skilled at distilling complex data, concepts and insights into actionable strategies and tactics
: Excellent attention to detail
: Advanced communication skills with the ability to write compelling content for marketing materials, reports and presentations
: Proven ability to foster trust and collaborative partnerships at junior and senior levels of a large organization
: Passion for the low income segment, environmental or energy-related fields
: Multicultural marketing knowledge
: Spanish and/or Chinese language proficiency
