Wainscot Media is currently seeking Spring 2012 marketing and advertising interns for New York Spaces and Health & Life titles.

Located in Montvale, NJ, Wainscot Media a leading publisher of regional magazines for the New York metropolitan area, with a wide array of titles serving households in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will have a strong interest in the publishing industry and particularly Marketing/Advertising. Responsibilities will include:

• Researching local events
• Working with the Marketing department to plan upcoming events
• Social Media updates
• Producing articles to be published on the web
• Assisting the Advertising Dept. as needed

Requirements:

This is a hands-on opportunity and candidates should be organized, self-starters and comfortable working on a wide variety of projects.

Academic credit is available and candidates will need to be available at least 2 days a week.
