Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
Responsible for the successful installation of all functional requirements related to the implementation of assigned new and existing clients to the SilverScript Medicare Employer Group Waiver Plan. The Analyst is expected to use basic knowledge of Medicare Part D, PBM operations, project management skills, and client communication techniques to support the implementation of employer accounts. Expected to partner with the Strategic Account Executive and Sales team to develop an implementation plan that results in high client satisfaction as a result of proactive communication and operational program support. Implement all aspects of the Medicare Part D Employer Group Waiver Plan benefit for clients in accordance with established timelines and procedures. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management, internal partners and customer through effective communication. Develop and maintain project documentation outlining critical timelines, risks, issues and resolution, and decisions made as part of the implementation process in support of all client communications.
Responsible for implementation of new and existing clients to SilverScript Medicare Part D benefit. Work as a project manager and consultative role through the implementation process to assist in identifying creative solutions to meet both client and CVS Caremark requirements. Responsible for championing client needs to ensure all deliverables are accurately completed according to the timelines established.
Analyze complex problems. Perform root cause analysis. Recommend and assist in implementing creative and technical solutions for enhancements on behalf of clients and CVS Caremark. Identify and implement process improvements that will improve the overall EGWP Implementation process.
Liaison to the organization on behalf of the client during the implementation. Ability to coordinate with multiple functional areas including Sales, Benefit Administration, MEDS, Enrollment, Customer Care, Finance, Premium Billing, Underwriting, Pricing, Legal, Marketing, Retail, Mail, and Specialty Pharmacy Operations. Responsible for communicating client needs and monitoring progress to ensure all deliverables are accurately completed according to the timelines established. Partner with internal business owners to identify proactive solutions that meet customer need.
Responsible for strengthening CVS Caremark relationships by developing an implementation and communication plan that coordinates client deliverables and decision points with those of internal functional areas, responding within 24 hours to escalated service requests from clients, effectively communicating the progress of service requests to ensure successful resolution. Ensure all service level agreements are met in accordance with contractual obligations.
Maintain reporting standards including the implementation project plan and the risk,action item, issues, and decisions log for assigned clients. Come prepared for all status meetings with current status for assigned clients and critical risks impacting the implementation.
Develop proficiency in the use of all Caremark systems and EGWP implementation tools. Educate and assist both internal and external contacts on CVs Caremark's various systems. Train and support client contacts with access to all CVs Caremark applications.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (PBM, HealthCare, Client Implementations, Account Management). Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Able to manage a variety of projects effectively. Detailed Ability to learn CVS Caremark Systems and SilverScript Products. Must demonstrate strong Project Management, issue resolution, leadership, and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to reach across departmental boundaries to resolve problems, to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and to train/share knowledge of complex processes. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking initiative without having direct reports, but informally lead peer teams by example. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time during the implementation season. Preferred Qualifications:
Medicare Part D operations or sales and account management experience a plus. Managing projects of a 4-6 month duration a plus. Medicare D knowledge and Account Management Experience preferred. Project Management Certification a plus. Education:
