Responsibilities
Collect and post hot health and medical news to medication forums
Create and lead current medical topics
Triage posts and relay specific questions to pharmacy specialists
Engage users
Requirements
Medical / pharmacological knowledge required
Able to communicate efficiently and clearly in terms of written text and prose
Excellent customer-service skills
