P'Tones Records is an after school music program that teaches urban youth how to run a record label in a semi-professional studio.
Your goal is to create music and record with the youth, which will be shared with executives. Meet and work with industry legends.

You will be a producer, video producer, new media or an engineer intern at the local P'Tones Records after school music program recording studio.

Requirements
For Producers or Engineers:
Knowledge of Pro Tools, Reason and/or FL Studio
Video Productions:
Have a camera, know how to edit.
Art:
Have graphic or fine art ability
New Media:
Knowledge with Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr
A&R:
Have great taste in music, and knowledge in writing lyrics
