Do you have a background in application development using C#, .Net, and HTML? Johns Manville (JM) in Littleton, CO is hiring a Corporate and Plant Application Developer to join our team. The Corporate and Plant Application Developer will be responsible for supporting multiple technologies and systems that support JM operations. This role will support Corporate and Plant-level application development for key systems to include: MES, InvEx, TABS II,, SharePoint, Mii, and Mobile apps, to name a few. Duties and responsibilities:

*Develop solutions in the technical area of expertise utilizing function specifications and / or direction from the customer. May facilitate functional requirements gathering sessions to create a technical design.
*Analyzes and understands business requirements to produce development deliverables that support and comply with design and architectural specifications
*Documents and conducts unit, system, and functional unit testing as it pertains to new development and maintenance in technical area.
*Actively addresses business unit requests, clearly communicating commitments, issues, completion dates and status with the requestor and with management
*Monitors production deployments and ensures successful release strategies * Provides input, recommendations, and resolutions for technical issues
*Develops and implements process improvements for technical area.
*Participates in technical designs
*Will review technical work of other team members for quality assurance * Participate in project delivery and roadmap development
*Monitors production systems and conducts root cause analysis for all system failures.
* Identifies and implements corrective actions arising from root cause findings.

*Bachelors degree
*3 or more years of application development experience using C#, .Net, HTML, and CSS.
*MS SQL language and general database administration (table creation); or other SQL experience.
*JavaScript; including jQuery variations.
*Full life cycle development experience leading complex design and development solutions.
*Analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
*Experience working and communicating with technical and business users.
*Ability to provide on call support as needed.
*Ability to travel up to 20%

*Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related degree.
*Experience working in a manufacturing programming environment.
*Aptitude for business.
*Must be self-motivated, have a strong team orientation, learn quickly and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
