In this position, you will be playing a key role in the product development phase of the product lifecycle with focus on the quality and reliability aspects of NAND Flash products. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Designing and carrying out experiments to assess product reliability
- Performing electrical and physical failure analysis using available tools
- Documenting and reporting product quality and reliability evaluations

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this internship. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of Bachelor level school classes, projects, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

You should be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Engineering, with a hardware emphasis.
- Basic CMOS transistor level circuit design and logic knowledge or high level programming languages (PERL and C) is required
- Unrestricted right to work in the US without needing any sponsorship

- Semiconductor device physics
- CMOS fabrication process
- Basic PC skills
- Memory device functionality and usage
- Semiconductor packaging
- Reliability physics and statistics
- Bench test equipment (SPA, O-scope, and others)
- Prior Intel internship or an Intel scholarship recipient
