Description

National Association of Women Owned Small Businesses, Inc. (NAWOSB) is a national nonprofit, membership based organization focused on educating women owned companies about Federal government contracts, certifications and other opportunities.

Interns supporting our organization get to assist, coordinate and engage in a number of activities, events and projects. We look for interns with experience and/or interest in marketing, public relations, event planning, accounting, social media, journalism, research and much more.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Administrative tasks
* Event Coordinating
* Promoting/Marketing NAWOSB
* Research

Requirements

Interns must have:
* A computer, laptop or I-PAD
* Cellphone
* Good computer working knowledge in any of the following: Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
* Great research capabilities-know how to find information without instruction.
