825 3rd Avenue
VentureOutNY is focused on helping international startups launch and succeed in New York City. Based on the philosophy that talent is evenly distributed but opportunity is not, we are looking to bridge that gap for international entrepreneurs. Through demo night networking events, we will introduce the world’s most talented entrepreneurs from abroad to the vibrant startup scene in NYC, fast tracking their growth by helping establish relationships with the most relevant NYC-based investors, entrepreneurs and service providers.
Launched in September of 2012, our events have featured the likes of Congressman Michael Grimm [NY-13], the CEO of Nasdaq OMX Robert Greifeld, members of the Obama Administration, Mayor Bloomberg’s Administration, and many prominent venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.
The startup scene in NYC is exploding, with growth outpacing most cities in the U.S. and around the globe. Many nations do not have the VC funding and risk tolerance that is found in New York. VentureOutNY will allow successful entrepreneurs to access NY's VC market and meet with influencers in the tech community, enriching NYC’s vibrant startup ecosystem.
