ResponsibilitiesJob duties will include: generate interest via grassroots marketing efforts, meet, greet and qualify clients, show model(s), and process application/lease paperwork.
This is a commission only position, but Urban Lux offers a competitive 45% commission split. Agents also earn year-end bonuses and participate in monthly sales contests.
Summer positions offered, but all agents must become licensed. You must be 21 years of age to obtain an Illinois Leasing License. Local candidates only.
Requirements-Committed to raising the bar in the industry

-Possesses the ability to excel in a fast paced working environment both alone and with groups
-Imaginative, disciplined, and bright thinker
-Uses clear and easy to understand writing language
-A great communicator; both written and verbal
-A life-long learner and hard worker who is passionate about their career
-Must either currently possess, or be willing to obtain Real Estate Leasing License
Prior leasing experience not required. Sales or customer service experience is helpful. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in: retail, marketing, hospitality, advertising, insurance, mortgage, and/or the restaurant/food service industries. Must either currently possess appropriate licensure or be willing to obtain.
