The Technology Development Program - Network Engineering is a
development program that provides the opportunity for participants to
collaborate with project teams while gaining broad experience across the
AT&T Network Engineering organization. This program will allow you
to gain the professional development and peer/leadership support that
will help you jump start your career with AT&T.
Being part of this program will help you build your technical,
problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills to achieve real
impact at a much earlier stage than many of your peers. It will also
give you the ability to have plenty of networking opportunities that
include key executive leadership sessions, business area and industry
overview presentations, volunteer and social activities and Individual
team member responsibilities.
After the initial training, you will continue to showcase your
skills on a variety of technical platforms, disciplines and strategic
project areas and support key strategic initiatives across Network
Engineering. Specifically, as a Ntwk Process & Quality Mgr you will
be responsible for facilitating moderately complex initiative in support
of the Network Engineering. Additionally, the candidate Facilitates
moderately complex technical network support programs/initiatives for
Network data standards/integrity, quality management, process design,
methods/procedures and Network standards. Ensures Network process
capability, control and improvement by implementing procedures and
interpreting Network standards. Solves non-routine problems by
independently applying judgment to established analysis and standard
This candidate will be responsible for Tier 1 & 2
Construction Support relating to Public and Enterprise Distributed
Antenna Systems and Small Cells
The applicant must possess a
working knowledge communication networks and be very skilled at problem
solving and communicating complicated ideas and issues to multiple
stakeholder organizations. The individual will train and travel with
Senior Real Estate and Construction Managers in Construction and
Integration processes for Distributed Antenna Systems and Small Cells as
needed and may be required to work varied shifts.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analysis skills. Excellent PC and communications skills.
