The Nursing Resource Assistant has the knowledge and ability to perform Maternity patient care tasks and can include direct patient care, phlebotomy and splinting.Additional competencies should includeusage of theEPIC system. This person wouldfunction in a faced paced, highly demanding environment and needs topossess strongcommunication, time managementand service excellence skills.

We offer MI alerts and stroke alerts.EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be Connecticut state certified nursing assistant.
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years experience as Certified Nursing Assistant.Maternity Department experience is a plus. Computer literacy along with excellent communication skills, oral and written required. Ideal candidate should be assertive, work independently and with energy. This person must have good time management and service excellence skills.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 11pm as needed with weekends and holidays.
