Kelly Services is looking for an Operations Assistant to work in a fast paced private utility company in The Lehigh Valley. The successful candidate must be able to multi task and have good organizational skills along with the following:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read geographical maps.
Answer phones and email correspondence is a professional manner.
Create proposals and obtain Certificates of Insurance.
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Research topics in a quick and efficient manner.
AutoCAD, project management and scheduling experience a +.
This is a long term position with the opportunity to be hired for the right person.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, candidate will need to be flexible with their hours if need be.
