Responsibilities

Scope of Position: This position exists as a member of the operations team to benefit both Compass PHS and the intern by providing health care industry specific knowledge in a cooperative learning environment. The intern will learn aspects of the entry level Health Pro position as well as engage and assist in the development and implementation of new structures within Compass PHS. Essential Operations Intern Job Functions: • Stay knowledgeable of the health care world and participate in subject specific forums. • Excel in a collaborative process to benefit Compass PHS by being actively involved in seasonal projects. • Participate in ongoing, extensive health care training. • Assist in daily administrative tasks. • Work closely with supervisor and mentor to develop innovative ideas for Compass PHS. • Engage in higher level thinking to benefit the intern team and Compass PHS • Begin entry level work of a full-time Health Pro.
