Pedicab Outdoor is a media management company specializing in pedicab operations, advertising and marketing. We know this business better than anyone because we are also pedicab operators.
We understand the unique, interactive brand experience that can only come in the form of a rickshaw. From production and permits to the most effective route scenarios, we handle all the details to deploy a campaign that runs as smoothly as a well-oiled machine. (Or, ahem, bike.)
Pedicab Outdoor represents the largest pedicab fleet in North America, both company owned locations and affiliate partnership locations. Based out of Boston, MA we have coverage in 40+ markets with a fleet of 750 pedicabs.
This position is newly created to provide project & communications support to the sales team as well as light administrative support to the executive leadership team. Position reports directly to the sales team manager and will offer exposure to all facets of marketing and communications including: Internal/external communications, community outreach, public relations, website/digital marketing, design, city permitting, creative services, social media, and event planning & logistics.
-Provide traffic support for sales team and creative agencies
-Maintain company website with updates utilizing Word Press and social media platforms
-Coordinate delivery/scheduling/installation for campaigns around the country
-Coordinate company events and logistics
-Maintain timeline/schedule for marketing projects and initiatives
-Control bike inventory across various markets
-Prospect new events and convention leads
-Light calendar and schedule management as well as travel coordination for executive team
-Event planning for annual Manager's Meetings, sales meetings, etc
-Excellent writing skills as well as communication abilities
-Previous experience managing multiple priorities from different directions simultaneously
-Proofreading and editing experience
MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint), social media platforms, SharePoint or other content management system experience preferred, experience/exposure to creative platforms such as Adobe creative suite is preferred: PhotoShop, Indesign, Illustrator, Publisher
-Highly detail oriented
-Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
