PHP & MySQL Programmer/Developerwith front-end (Javascript/JQuery, CSS, and HTML) experience
This is an internship or contract position for an IT Services company. Responsibilities include ongoing maintenance and enhancements to a proprietary, web-based application that is used for a client repository, as well as an operations tool to manage day-to-day work requests. The system is utilized by clients who submit their work requests online, the services team who manage the life-cycle of a service request, and the technician who accept the work assignment.
Responsibilities
Hours and Location:During initial training and familiarization period, candidate will be required to base themselves from the Flower Mound headquarters location, and be available during our normal business hours which are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 8:00pm. After the appropriate ramp-up period, there is a potential for remote access.
Compensation:
This is an internship or long term contract position for approximately 10-20 hours per week, and is paid on a bi-monthly basis. Pay will be based on experience.
Requirements
-PHP experience(preferrer PHP 3/4/5 knowledge)-MySQL database design/administration (back-end experience)
-Javascript/JQuery/HTML/CSS front-end experience
-Wordpress Experience
-Plesk Experience
-Ability to come up with solutions and overcome systems obstacles in an effort to bring the upgrades from concept to production
