Job duties: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, designsystems and procedures, and conduct work simplification and measurement studies to ensure excellence in operations, quality, productivity, efficiency and recognition of the Methodist Employee Wellness program and Corporate Wellness program for The Methodist Hospital System including all entity hospitals and facilities. Work with management in analyzing process improvements to operate more efficiently and effectively and provide data analytics and project management. Direct, develop and implement operational projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma Tools (including Process Mapping) and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process methodology to improve operation efficiency and generate growth. Utilize process mapping techniques to analyze key processes within Wellness Services to identify value from the standpoint of the customer as well. Perform cohort analysis for multi-year worksite wellness program demonstrating skills in analyzing risk stratification for population health incentives. Gather and organize information and perform comparative analysis of process performance through use of external benchmarking data. Demonstrate advanced data analytic skills to document findings using Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint with an adequate interpretation of graphical analytical tools (i.e., Histograms, Pareto Charts, Scatter Plots). Monitor, analyze and trend population health data to identify potential problems and/or opportunities that could impact business growth and outcomes. Manage Wellness database, perform data analysis, generate statistical reports and confer with management to identify problems and improvements. Assist with wellness portal management, including reward incentive tracking. Demonstrate ability to deliver a worksite wellness annual report inclusive of ROI (return on investment) analysis based on risk reduction. Assist Wellness Services Management in developing population health strategies to redesign processes and improve performance. Manage wellness projects, resourcefully solving problems of various complexities and make recommendations for implementation of new programs and/or improvements to existing programs. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to support management leadership in successful achievement of strategic goals established for the Employee Wellness and Corporate Wellness Programs. Provide administrative support for sales including providing assistance with RFP/RFIs and RFQs. Demonstrate ICARE Values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence).
Requires 1 year experience with Lean Six Sigma Tools DMAIC process methodology.
Certification: Must hold one of the following certifications (in active standing):
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified
Wellness Coach (CWC), or Certified Wellness Program Coordinator
