Description
This intern will assist in the implementation of the early learning performance evaluation strategy in work closely with the VP of Program Strategy, Early Learning and Performance Improvement staff in developing related tools. Evaluation strategy includes early learning program and business performance, outcomes and continuous improvement. These projects may change and be determined based on the time of the internship. This internship is non-paid.Responsibilities
• Assist in refining and implementing the early learning performance evaluation strategy which includes establishing data sources to support performance measures• Gathering and analyzing data, building automated tools for reporting, and participating in review sessions with organization leadership
• Follow up on opportunities for improvement, work closely with staff to develop these concepts including the development of implementation plans
• Research possibilities/solutions to improve day-to-day operations
Requirements
• Analytical, confidence/comfort working with statistics/numbers• IT-savvy required, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access (ability to build reports, utilize graphics, etc.)
• Dependability and consistency
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Must work effectively and professionally with staff
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to attend training and learn new skills
