A top financial services Chairman in the Bergen County area is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Personal Assistant. This person will be working closely with senior managerial staff to prove support to the Chairmans family. The personal assistant should have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant for a high net worth family and or seven plus years experience as an assistant who handles both business and personal matters for a very senior level executive. The right candidate will have a pro-active attitude, be articulate, poised and polished with a detail oriented mindset, ability to think outside the box, utilize superior judgment, have experience making event/show reservations working with service staff, poses superior written and oral communication skills, and have strong computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and email .
