I'm currently looking for an interns to help me with day to day tasks, advertise and to show apartments to perspective clients. The leasing agent will be paid commissions on apartments rented. This is a work from home opportunity. You must be a self starter and work well with little supervision.
Responsibilities
Leasing Agent
- Post advertisements
- Answer client inquiries
- Show apartments to clients
- Contact buildings to keep and update inventory
- Manage daily tasks

- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in a fast pace environment
- Possess top notch customer service skills
- Understand the sales cycle and the importance of follow up
