DescriptionWe are a full-service Tradeshow and Event Management firm based in Orlando. Looking to add a new "Rock Star" to our growing team! We are offering a PAID F/T position to start on February 1. If you have ever wanted to work within the Event industry, this is a great opportunity with huge growth potential!
Responsibilities- Assist with incoming calls and Customer inquiries.
- Assist in our Social Media efforts to maintain existing relationships and develop new ones.
- Schedule organization and management.
- Prep contracts and estimates for potential customers.
- Assist with A/R and A/P transactions with our Bookkeeper.
- Keep the paper trail organized for maximum results.
- Travel opportunities to work at show site locations both locally and across the nation.
Requirements- Past event and/or restaurant experience preferred but not necessary.
- Seeking high energy individual with excellent team spirit.
- Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats as needed.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and unafraid to delve into new territories.
- Experience using MS Office and QuickBooks required.
- PC AND MAC experience preferred.
- Must be well organized and very detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of various Social Media outlets needed (I.e. Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Hootsuite, etc.)
