DescriptionPHLEBOTOMIST Kelly Healthcare Resources has multiple, direct hire Phlebotomists opportunities available near Palo Alto, CA! As the Phlebotomists with an organization that is focused on making actionable health information accessible to people everywhere in the world, you’ll be accountable for performing various clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. In this role, you’ll use your energy and advocacy to help change and educate patients’ lives. It is highly critical that you’re able to utilize your strong communication and organizational skills in this position in order to interact with customers and maintain documentation. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures · Operate a centrifuge, label printer and/or other equipment according to instructions · Maintain required records and documentation · Perform basic clerical duties and electronic data entry · Greet and interact with customers appropriately · Maintain a safe and professional work environment · Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · High School diploma, GED or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) · 1+ years of phlebotomy experience in a pediatric or geriatric environment · Hold current Phlebotomy Technician Certificate · Solid communication, computer, customer service, interpersonal, judgment and organizational skills · Flexibility to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6am – 11pm (8 hour swing shifts) and weekends between the hours of 9am – 6pm HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your resume by utilizing the “Apply Now/Submit Resume” button.
