Description
We are seeking talented, gifted, and passionate musicians willing to engage our church audience in praise and worship through music on Saturdays each month. Our overall goal is to bridge the gap between different genres of bible-based artists and musicians together for the love of Jesus Christ. We are open to the following genres: Gospel, Christian Rock, Praise and Worship, Contemporary Gospel, Traditional, and Instrumental Gospel Jazz.
Responsibilities
• Interns will be responsible for showing up for rehearsals on time!
• Engage our church audience through music that honors God
• Provide and receive creative direction from the Praise & Worship Music Leader
• Possess vocal and/or instrumental talent
Requirements
• Must be over the age of 18 with musical/vocal experience and talent
• We are not requiring a musical degree or educational background (just pure talent!)
• We are seeking humble students looking for an opportunity to serve with their musical talent
• (If Applicable) - intern is pursuing music as an educational track at a Florida College or University
• Must be willing to work under musical leadership at our church campus
In order to proceed with our recruitment, we do require:
• A cover letter with a brief description of qualifications and musical experience
• Sample music/or video of previous performances (if applicable)
* if you need college credit or credit hours for course work we can provide documentation for interns.
