Job Type:Full Time Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the assistance of daily print production processes and reconciliation within the Medicare Part D area, in order to produce the highest quality deliverables on-time and on-budget. Additionally, the individual will provide creative production options and assist in working toward project completion.
•Assess project requirements and provide creative print/production options
•Write print specifications
•Send specifications and receive project bids within 1-3 days
•Assist with pre-flight quality checks on all native files and manage proof approval process
•Coordinate and assist team on various print/production projects.
•Coordinate and assist in the fulfillment and dissemination of project deliverables
•Perform quality assurance procedures on all deliverables per Standard Operating Procedures
•Prioritize work, managing multiple projects simultaneously
•Assist in the reconciliation of vendor invoices and daily production files
•Maintain distribution programs and systems to assist in the timely delivery of materials. This includes systems to minimize waste and improve compliance, especially compliance with CMS, HIPAA and other health care regulatory standards.
Account Service Responsibilities
•Manage client expectations regarding realistic budget estimates and production timeframes
•Partner with production vendors to develop effective, efficient and ethical business relationships, including the following:
- Develop realistic production schedules, meeting project needs and reducing rush charges
•Follow ethical business practices at all times, which includes soliciting a minimum of three bids per project, non-disclosure of competitive bids, fair balance of information when obtaining competitive bids, following all guidelines/policies established by CVS Caremark
•Pursue and share best practices through 1:1 conversations with account, project management and creative staff in Marketing
•Communicate with traffic and project management teams regarding changes to schedule or estimates
•Use a workflow tool to monitor status, deliver projects on-time and on-budget, and document project information Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a creative or print production environment - 2+ years of project management experience in a corporate print environment - 2+ years in an environment with very rapid project turnarounds (24-48 hours, in some cases) - Knowledge of quality assurance practices for deliverable production - Knowledge of print, production, and fulfillment strongly desired - Knowledge of USPS regulations desired - Daily exposure to Microsoft Excel and Access - 20% travel is required with this position Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Health Care, Medicare or Managed Care Education:
