The Sony Network Entertainment Program Management Intern
will be responsible for supporting projects within the Music Unlimited program
on a worldwide scale.
Partner with the worldwide Sony Engineering and Product
organizations to track and drive forward software projects including:
•Defining and tracking project milestone schedules, task
assignments and status; both for key
events and smaller detailed tasks.
•Collaborate with global project stakeholders to
identify, explain and communicate their involvement, project goals, expectations
•Collaborate with the core team to communicate
milestones, priorities, issues, blockers.
•For certain initiatives, provide resource to follow and
progress specific work items.
•Help to identify and leverage new and existing tools to
support the program management process.
•Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at
time of internship; CS, Software Development, IT Systems, or Business major
•Solid understanding of programming languages and
software lifecycle and release processes.
•Familiarity with mobile development issues, or development
for the web, is strongly desired.
•Understanding of modern web technologies is preferred.
•Experience or knowledge of Agile methods is strongly
•Experience with wikis, source control tools, encryption
tools, SharePoint, JIRA or Rally is helpful.
