IVS is a company that has been around for a little over four years, and has been providing automated retail systems and self serve kiosks to many retailers and brands large and small.
IVS is looking for a qualified intern to join our team as a Project Coordinator to work directly with large and small retailers and national and regional brands to orchestrate between manufacturing, logistics, and sales. The PC will work with the customer or point of contact from beginning to end of a project. Our company produces quality machines and kiosks for major retail companies nationally and internationally. IVS is a small company and operation and are family owned and operated with almost four years in business.
This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of the fast growing automated retail, and the self serve kiosk industry.
Responsibilities
-Coordinating between all the various departments which are at work in a project
-Reporting to the project manager
-Liaising with all the employees that are involved in the project
-Keeping a close watch on the budgets of each department
-Being involved in the project from the planning stages
-Helping in the execution of the project
-Reporting to the management on the development of the project
-Following up on a project even after it is over
-The project coordinator has to be a hands on person, as their help could be required at anytime of the day
-They have to be quick in solving problems as any delay stall the whole process
-They should have technical of each department involved, from manufacturing to accounting, they should about know about it in detail
Even after the project is dome, they have to look after the whole project's life cycle
Requirements
-A bachelor's degree preferably in (Retail, Sales, Marketing,Manufacturing,Computer Science or other related field to our core competencies.(Helpful but not required)
-Knowledge of accounting (helpful but not required)
-Work experience in handling projects
-interacting with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all demographics and professional levels
-Knowledge of basic office tasks and book keeping
