Support and enable the success of Service Delivery leadership through a variety of executive support and administrative activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordination and management of the Service Delivery Scorecard and process which provides information and analysis for the Leadership Team to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for Service Delivery.
Facilitate continuous improvement of Scorecard reporting through guidance and support to the individual functions with design, content, formatting, etc.
Support the maintenance of the Service Delivery Scorecards eBook.
Coordinate and develop logistics, presentations and other documents relative to meetings and activities across Service Delivery.
Monthly review and audit of expense results to meet budget targets and forecasts for the business unit.
Business Continuation Planner, Gifts Entertainment Tracking Administrator and Records Coordinator for Service Delivery Executive Team in Newark.
Enabling Support for the Vice President; Business Enablement.
Enabling Support for the Service Delivery Chief of Staff.
Qualifications: A successful candidate should be confident and possess the following:
High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes Mail Calendaring
