Duties include promoting Y.U.R.I. Magazine as a travel destination through the media and community relations programs – developing and implementing media strategies for traditional media, including press releases, blogs, story pitches and press tours and representing Y.U.R.I. at local organization, community and committee events. Duties also include researching and developing media contacts, destination profiles, and editorial and event calendars; monitoring user-generated content; and maintaining related databases.
