TE Connectivity has a Supplier Quality Engineer summer internship available in Fuquay Varina, NC within the Energy business unit (BU).
Responsibilities
The selected intern will be assigned specific projects which will focus on the enhancement of Quality Management System policies, procedures, forms, and data sheets. The intern will also focus on Standard Operating Procedure improvement activities as well as basic improvements on Six Sigma tools (i.e. ANOVA, Gage R&R, and related SOP's) and training materials.
Requirements
- Candidate must be attending college to obtain a Master of Science degree in Quality Engineering
- Previous quality engineering experience (internship, co-op, etc) would be a plus
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required
- Six Sigma training desired
