DescriptionMust be able to perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), perform Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) on vehicle systems/components in a team environment. Participates in support activities that impact the proposal, design and manufacture of systems, products or programs. Analyzes and coordinates technical data or the establishment of procedures and schedules. May be subject-matter expert on specific aspects of the program or vehicle. Responsible for developing training presentations, reference sheets, and report template material as required. Responsible for working hand in hand with the customer by providing required reports, and participating in program management conferences to support either Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), RCM or LORA analyses. May be required to travel in CONUS at various facilities to perform job description.
Education: Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years experience or equivalent professional work experience is required.
Experience: Experience in MRAP engineering and logistics processes is preferred. Must be familiar with FMEAs, FMECAs, Reliability Block Modeling and Simulation. Candidate selected must possess maintenance experience with exposure to MRAP systems, trend analysis or reliability analysis to include the following disciplines: Maintenance/Logistics Engineering, Reliability and Maintainability Analysis, Supportability Test and Evaluation, supportability requirements through systems engineering and design, failure modes and effects analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, logistics support analysis/supportability analysis, and life cycle costing practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledgeable on the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles and associated Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Internet Applications.
