Responsibilities
- Support management in sourcing, underwriting and closing transactions
- Assist in data gathering, analysis and presentation
- Interact with investors, clients and 3rd party service providers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4 year college or university
- A business or analytic major including but not limited to economics, mathematics and civil engineering
- Demonstrated interest in real estate investment, finance or development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
