- And more!Responsibilities: · Responsible for reviewing terms and conditions of signed contracts and entering the pertinent customer and product information into the system where rebates are accrued and paid. · Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers as they relate to customer accruals, sales information, and rebate payment history. · Must be able to analyze sales from past years. · Calculate when payments are due, perform calculations in the computer. · Analyze and audit rebate accruals, sales figures, and compliance for hospitals so that payments are made to customers that are compliant to the terms and conditions of their contract. · Assist with the development and testing of ongoing enhancements to the existing rebate system. · Must be able to recognize mistakes on the report and dig for information to resolve the problem. Qualifications: · High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree preferred · Must have the capacity to handle complex situations quickly and handle difficult customer relation situations effectively and diplomatically. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · 2-4 years business experience; life science industry experience preferred · Intermediate Excel Skills (must be able to understand and utilize pivot tables) · Familiarity with Microsoft Access · Strong analytical skills, knowledge of contract language and reading contracts, process orientated, organized, detailed oriented, able to multi task · Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment with other Rebate Administrators, Contract Administrators, Field Sales Teams, and all levels of management and be able to analyze data · Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers · Demonstrated excellent follow up skills Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
