Description

The Hanover Township Senior Center was dedicated on April 2, 2005. It is a visible symbol of the support that this community has for its elders. A Senior Tax Referendum, "Support Our Seniors," was passed in November 2002 thanks to our seniors whose dedication and hard work incited its passage. This Referendum allowed for the construction and maintenance of a new Senior Center. Opperman Architects, Inc. and contractor, Lamp, Inc. worked along with our Supervisor, Clerk, Board of Trustees and staff to achieve a dream that benefits all adults, age 55 and over, who live in Hanover Township.

The Senior Services Department offers a wide variety of advantages to the seniors who live in our Township. We offer transportation, recreational programs and trips, social services as well as many opportunities for volunteerism.
