We consult with them to help them build the best benefit package possible at no cost to the company and helping them save money.

Responsibilities

- Conducting interviews, sheduling interviews, training, and overseeing hiring process - Organize and collect progress reports - Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget

Requirements

The Recruiting and Human Resources Intern supports the HR and Staffing team in their efforts to improve and enhance the department’s operational processes. As a Recruiting and Human Resources Intern, you will be assigned to work on a talent management project, assist with sourcing, recruitment and staffing, planning recruitment related events within the industry and other Human Resources-related activities. Students learn first-hand about recruiting and human resources through real-time projects and other responsibilities. The skills you’ll develop during your internship represent key strengths that are needed for a career in Human Resources or other business positions.
